Website Terms & Disclaimer
Efective Date: 01/09/2026
Welcome to the website of Meister Biomedical Cleaning Services, a division or service offering of Meister Corporation (“Meister,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of meistercorporation.com , including its pages, content, forms, features, and related online services.
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Website Purpose
This website provides general information about Meister Biomedical Cleaning Services, including our medical-facility cleaning, environmental cleaning, disinfection, floor care, carpet care, upholstery care, and related commercial cleaning services.
The information presented on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. Website content does not constitute a binding service proposal, guarantee, certification, contract, or professional medical recommendation.
2. Service Availability
The availability, frequency, scope, pricing, and specifications of our services may vary based on factors including:
- Facility type, size, layout, and location
- Applicable cleaning requirements
- Requested service frequency
- Surface types and existing conditions
- Product compatibility
- Staffing and scheduling availability
- Safety considerations
- The terms of the applicable service agreement
Submitting a contact form, requesting information, or communicating with Meister through this website does not create a service relationship or obligate Meister to provide services.
Services are provided only after Meister and the customer enter into an authorized written proposal, agreement, work order, or contract.
3. No Medical Advice
Meister Biomedical Cleaning Services provides professional environmental cleaning and disinfection services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, infection-control consulting, epidemiological services, or clinical recommendations.
Website content should not be used as a substitute for guidance from a physician, infection-prevention specialist, occupational safety professional, public health authority, or other qualified professional.
Customers remain responsible for establishing and maintaining the clinical, regulatory, safety, infection-prevention, and operational policies applicable to their facilities.
4. Cleaning and Disinfection Disclaimer
Cleaning and disinfection services are intended to help reduce soils, contaminants, and microorganisms on treated surfaces when appropriate products and procedures are used.
No cleaning or disinfection service can guarantee that a facility will remain continuously free from bacteria, viruses, fungi, allergens, biofilm, infectious agents, or other contaminants after treatment.
Surfaces may be recontaminated following service through human contact, airborne particles, bodily fluids, equipment, deliveries, environmental exposure, or other sources.
Any statement concerning a disinfectant’s effectiveness applies only when the product is:
- Approved for the intended use;
- Applied to an appropriate surface;
- Used according to its label instructions;
- Applied at the required concentration;
- Allowed to remain wet for the required contact time; and
- Used in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
Specific antimicrobial claims are determined by the manufacturer’s product label and applicable regulatory approvals. Meister does not independently manufacture or certify the effectiveness of third-party disinfectant products.
5. Hospital-Grade and Medical-Grade Terminology
References to “hospital-grade,” “healthcare-grade,” “medical-grade,” or similar terminology describe cleaning products, equipment, protocols, or service approaches intended for use in healthcare or professional environments.
These terms do not mean that Meister provides clinical care, sterilization of medical instruments, laboratory decontamination, hazardous-waste remediation, or any service requiring a specialized license unless such service is expressly identified in a written agreement.
Unless specifically stated in writing, standard environmental cleaning services do not constitute sterilization.
6. Electrostatic Disinfection
Information about electrostatic disinfection is provided for general educational purposes. Actual results depend on the equipment, disinfectant product, surface material, application method, contact time, environmental conditions, and compliance with manufacturer instructions.
Electrostatic disinfection:
- Does not create a permanent protective barrier;
- Does not prevent surfaces from being recontaminated;
- May not be appropriate for every material or environment;
- May leave a temporary haze or light residue on certain surfaces; and
- May require spot testing before application to sensitive fabrics, dyes, finishes, electronics, or specialty materials.
Sensitive items, documents, exposed food, medications, personal property, and equipment requiring special protection should be removed, secured, or properly covered before treatment.
7. Surface and Material Compatibility
Although reasonable care is taken during service, cleaning and disinfecting products may affect certain materials, including natural stone, unfinished wood, delicate fabrics, specialty coatings, dyes, electronic equipment, artwork, or aged and damaged surfaces.
Customers are responsible for informing Meister of sensitive materials, manufacturer restrictions, damaged surfaces, valuable property, and equipment requiring special handling before service begins.
When appropriate, Meister may perform a spot test in an inconspicuous area. A successful spot test does not guarantee that discoloration, staining, fading, corrosion, or other changes will not occur elsewhere.
8. Biohazards, Sharps, and Regulated Materials
Unless specifically included in a written service agreement, Meister’s standard cleaning services do not include the collection, handling, transportation, or disposal of:
- Needles, syringes, scalpels, or other sharps;
- Blood-soaked or saturated materials;
- Pathological or anatomical waste;
- Pharmaceutical waste;
- Chemotherapy or cytotoxic waste;
- Radioactive materials;
- Hazardous chemicals;
- Controlled substances;
- Regulated medical waste; or
- Unknown or improperly contained biological materials.
Customers are responsible for properly identifying, securing, labeling, and disposing of regulated or hazardous materials in accordance with applicable requirements.
Meister personnel may stop work or restrict access to an area when an unsafe, hazardous, or unidentified condition is discovered.
9. Patient Information and Confidentiality
Meister is committed to respecting confidential information encountered while working in healthcare environments. However, customers remain responsible for securing patient records, medical files, computer screens, prescriptions, labels, documents, and other protected or confidential information before cleaning services begin.
No patient medical information, protected health information, confidential records, or sensitive personal data should be submitted through the website’s general contact forms or sent through unsecured email.
Any obligations involving protected health information will be governed by applicable law and any separate written agreement executed between Meister and the customer.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and timely access to the facility;
- Identifying restricted areas and special cleaning requirements;
- Informing Meister of known hazards;
- Securing confidential documents and valuable property;
- Removing or securing medications and controlled substances;
- Maintaining sharps containers and regulated-waste receptacles;
- Providing accurate information regarding facility conditions;
- Following recommended drying, ventilation, and reentry instructions; and
- Complying with the customer’s own industry and regulatory obligations.
Additional responsibilities may be established in the applicable service agreement.
11. Estimates, Proposals, and Pricing
Any pricing, service description, estimate, or promotional information presented on this website is general and may change without notice.
Final pricing will be based on a facility assessment, requested scope of work, service frequency, staffing requirements, product usage, equipment needs, travel considerations, and other relevant factors.
Only a written proposal or service agreement issued or approved by an authorized Meister representative may establish binding pricing or service obligations.
12. Website Accuracy

We reserve the right to update, correct, remove, or modify website content, service descriptions, images, specifications, and availability without prior notice.

13. No Guarantees
Testimonials, examples, descriptions, and statements regarding expected outcomes are illustrative and do not guarantee identical results for every customer or facility.
Cleaning outcomes may vary according to the condition of the facility, service frequency, occupant activity, maintenance practices, environmental exposure, surface condition, and other factors outside Meister’s control.
Meister does not guarantee that its services will prevent every infection, illness, contamination event, regulatory violation, business interruption, or transmission of disease.
